Annual SOC 2 Type 2 Audit
We complete a voluntary annual SOC 2 type 2 audit each year to assess our security controls and information systems.
NIST Cybersecurity Framework
We follow the NIST cybersecurity framework to prioritize and communicate security internally as well as protect our networks and data.
CIS Level 2 Controls
We follow the CIS level 2 controls to ensure security and availability of our computing assets.
Annual Penetration Test
We complete a penetration test each year from a reputable third party to proactively find weaknesses in our system to help prevent true breaches.
Vulnerability Scans
We run weekly vulnerability scans on all systems with monthly maintenance to remediate known vulnerabilities.
Security Awareness Training
We provide annual security awareness training and quarterly email phishing testing for all Viventium associates.
All data at rest in Viventium’s system is encrypted with AES256 encryption. This is the latest standard for encryption and is supported in all of our systems that hold sensitive data.
All data in transit is secured with at least Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or later. This is considered the strongest available security for network based transfers such as in secure banking through web browsers.
