Prior to Viventium, Navin served as CEO at LifeLoop and SVP of ResMed SaaS and has also led departments within well-known organizations, such as Philips Healthcare, United Technologies, and Siemens. Believing that “To whom much is given, much is required” is a timeless reminder to pursue the good of others, Navin fosters a team environment focused on meaningful work within a humble and respectful people culture. When he is not working, Navin enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, challenging himself at CrossFit, and giving back to his local community by volunteering at organizations that focus on senior care, youth mentorship, and financial literacy.

With over 25 years of experience in technology finance, Paul was most recently the Interim CFO for a high-growth SaaS fintech company, which he helped take public in 2021. He previously worked in finance for a large HR technology company and in management consulting. One of his favorite quotes is, “You don’t build a business. You build people and then the people build the business.” When not working, Paul spends time with his family and enjoys baseball, hiking, and reading. He is CFA charterholder.

Terra has 20 years of experience in the HCM industry in roles ranging from sales and sales management to training to marketing. Terra truly believes in the Viventium lifestyle and that being “In It With You” extends beyond the walls of the Viventium offices. Going by the adage that “you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with,” she strives to surround herself – and the company – with the best people. Terra realizes the potential in her employees, and in the way she creates a fun and balanced work environment to nurture their growth and success, she makes her employees want to work with her.

Chris brings over 20 years of experience leading sales teams in the software industry and has a passion for building successful environments for his people to thrive. Chris considers mutual accountability at all levels to be critical in creating great teams, reflected by the saying, “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t – you’re right.” He believes that we can all go further together through collaboration and communication across the team and the organization and that there is no substituting consistent hard work and a process-oriented approach. Chris lives in the Baltimore area and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, being outdoors, and playing very mediocre golf.

Victor sees every problem as an opportunity to improve. Victor has more than 30 years of experience within IT helping small, medium, and large organizations integrate security and automation into their business processes, and he has spent 18.5 years in the elections space supporting and creating products that support the democratic process in the United States. Driving efficiencies and the synergy of people, process, and technology are the foundation of what he does, and he believes, as Winston Churchill once said, that “Success is not final, failure is not fatal – it is the courage to continue that counts.” When not working, Victor enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball and basketball, reading, and working in the yard.

With over 30 years of experience leading operations and implementation teams, Howie brings a history of creating not only truly high-performing teams but also organizational cultures that are focused on helping our people and our clients succeed at the highest level. Throughout his career in administration and consulting around benefits and HR, Howie has played every role from day-to-day operations to corporate CIO. These experiences have helped Howie understand what it takes to provide remarkable service from all vantage points. Howie realizes that operations and implementation work is hard and stressful, so it is important to also find time to have fun. He tries to bring some comic relief to his meetings and often makes pop cultural references to movies, books, or songs that are usually only understood by his wife.

In his 15 years with the company, Zishe has undertaken roles ranging from service to implementation to product management. He applies his practical knowledge from his payroll administrator days to every project. As the CPO, Zishe stands firmly behind our software and truly believes that there is nothing the Development Team can’t do. Zishe brings not only an energy to every project but also the conviction that each project will work.

With a programming background spanning over 30 years, Hadas took an early interest in software development, launching a commercial application at age 9. He enjoys tackling complex problems, especially in large-scale, multi-layered applications. A proponent of team dynamics and growth, Hadas believes that teams, rather than individuals, are the true drivers of innovation. Always on the lookout for the next challenge, he takes particular satisfaction in scaling projects to new heights. In his personal time, Hadas enjoys the simpler things – snowboarding and surfing provide him with much-needed clarity and peace of mind. As a daily practitioner of yoga and a lover of travel, he appreciates life’s offerings, both big and small.
