Yonina F. Shineweather: Yonina F. Shineweather, CPA is the Consulting Director of Compliance at Viventium.  She has 29 years of experience in payroll/HCM, including roles in tax management, application systems design and client support.  A former Contributing Editor to State Tax Alert, Yonina is a long-standing active member of the American Payroll Service’s Government Affairs Tax Force.  She enjoys teaching, delivering webinars and presenting podcasts on emerging HCM developments, and also authors blogs, magazine articles and white papers on compliance topics.
