Prior to Viventium, Navin served as CEO at LifeLoop and SVP of ResMed SaaS and has also led departments within well-known organizations, such as Philips Healthcare, United Technologies, and Siemens. Believing that “To whom much is given, much is required” is a timeless reminder to pursue the good of others, Navin fosters a team environment focused on meaningful work within a humble and respectful people culture. When he is not working, Navin enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, challenging himself at CrossFit, and giving back to his local community by volunteering at organizations that focus on senior care, youth mentorship, and financial literacy.

CFO
With over 25 years of experience in technology finance, Paul was most recently the Interim CFO for a high-growth SaaS fintech company, which he helped take public in 2021. He previously worked in finance for a large HR technology company and in management consulting. One of his favorite quotes is, “You don’t build a business. You build people and then the people build the business.” When not working, Paul spends time with his family and enjoys baseball, hiking, and reading. He is CFA charterholder.

Terra has more than 20 years of experience in the HCM industry, where she has held a variety of roles across go-to-market and service functions, including sales, marketing, business development, and client experience. As Chief Client Officer, Terra is committed to ensuring that Viventium lives by its core value of being “In It With You,” both with clients and within the Viventium team. Going by the adage that “you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with,” she fosters a culture of collaboration and dedication, always striving to create an environment where her team and clients feel supported and empowered. When she’s not championing client success, you can find Terra enjoying family dinners on her deck, cheering on her son at high school tennis matches, or escaping to her happy place – Newport, RI.

Bernadette has a proven record of leading high-performing marketing teams and driving business success across diverse industries, including SaaS-based health care, medical devices, and consumer electronics. Passionate about the intersection of marketing and human connection, she believes a compelling brand can foster lasting relationships between a company and its clients. One of her favorite quotes, “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication,” by Leonardo da Vinci, guides her approach to all aspects of marketing and life. Bernadette champions collaboration and open communication and is committed to leveraging her experience while embracing her team’s strengths to achieve shared goals and business success. In her personal life, Bernadette enjoys reading and spending time outdoors enjoying nature with her husband Dan and her dog Vanna.

Mike has spent the last 10 years dedicated to growing Viventium from a small regional provider to a nationally recognized leader in the healthcare space. Beginning as a sales rep, Mike has developed a deep understanding of the value Viventium is able to deliver to clients. As head of sales, his focus is on supporting his team and empowering them to achieve success through his own experience. He’s passionate about bringing Viventium’s software to life through engaging product demos and has personally met with over 1,000 healthcare organizations across all 50 states. Mike thrives on helping business owners automate compliance and address gaps in their current processes. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family and traveling.

Victor sees every problem as an opportunity to improve. Victor has more than 30 years of experience within IT helping small, medium, and large organizations integrate security and automation into their business processes, and he has spent 18.5 years in the elections space supporting and creating products that support the democratic process in the United States. Driving efficiencies and the synergy of people, process, and technology are the foundation of what he does, and he believes, as Winston Churchill once said, that “Success is not final, failure is not fatal – it is the courage to continue that counts.” When not working, Victor enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball and basketball, reading, and working in the yard.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the post-acute care industry and product management, Jessica Rockne brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role. Prior to her current position, Jessica served as Head of Product at MatrixCare Home Health and Hospice, where she demonstrated her commitment to operational discipline, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Jessica’s career began as a project manager focused on HR and Payroll for a Fortune 100 defense contractor in the Aerospace industry, before she transitioned to healthcare. Her time as director of a home health and hospice agency has given her deep insights into customer challenges and needs. Jessica holds a BS from the University of Utah Eccles School of Business. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys hiking, reading, and spending her mornings in the gym rack with a barbell. She and her husband are proud parents of three children, with whom they love to travel.

With a programming background spanning over 30 years, Hadas took an early interest in software development, launching a commercial application at age 9. He enjoys tackling complex problems, especially in large-scale, multi-layered applications. A proponent of team dynamics and growth, Hadas believes that teams, rather than individuals, are the true drivers of innovation. Always on the lookout for the next challenge, he takes particular satisfaction in scaling projects to new heights. In his personal time, Hadas enjoys the simpler things – snowboarding and surfing provide him with much-needed clarity and peace of mind. As a daily practitioner of yoga and a lover of travel, he appreciates life’s offerings, both big and small.

VP, Business Development
With over 35 years of experience in technology and 25 years focused on post-acute care, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at Viventium. Prior to Viventium, he served as Vice President of Sales at MatrixCare and has held leadership and business development roles at leading health care tech companies, including Net Health, Brightree, and NetSmart. Bob believes in taking decisive action, a principle he aligns with in his leadership, echoing Walt Disney’s words, “The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.” Outside of work, Bob enjoys traveling, spending time on the water boating, and delving into history books, which offer lessons from the past.
