Additional Terms and Conditions

These Additional Terms and Conditions and all other legal documents incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Additional Terms”) set forth a legal contract between you (herein referred to as “User” or “you” or “your”), and Viventium Software, Inc., along with its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Viventium” or “we” or “our”).  These Additional Terms are a part of the Terms (found at https://viventium.com/terms-and-conditions)  (and are hereby incorporated into the Viventium Terms by reference), and are in addition to, not replacing, the Ordering Document, Terms, and any other legal agreement you have agreed to. The Additional Terms may be applicable based on the products and services accessible to you. If you have any questions on which terms apply, please reach out to your representative.
